Simple Stock Sync

Simple Stock Sync keeps inventory levels aligned between Shopify and your accounting system ( xero or Shopify) , using the same focused, one-direction-at-a-time philosophy as Simple Price Sync.

What it does

  • Matches Shopify variants to Xero / QuickBooks items by SKU
  • Updates stock-on-hand at scheduled intervals
  • Per-location support where the source system tracks locations
  • Lets you exclude specific SKUs you don’t want synced
  • One direction at a time, to prevent overwrite

What it does NOT do

  • Sync prices (use Simple Price Sync for that)
  • Create products or items in either system
  • Sync titles, descriptions, images, or metadata
  • Run bidirectional sync
  • Support multi-location stores
